Tiffany Ivie
Secretary

Tiffany Ivie is a Human Resources Recruiter for a non-profit organization based in California - she has been working remotely since her family moved to Idaho in 2019. Her husband, Randy Ivie, grew up in Southwick and he decided it was time to come home to be near family. They moved to Juliaetta where they rented an apartment and JUST bought their first house - now living in Kendrick! Tiffany has many years of customer service and administrative experience - originally working for a commercial insurance company. She then found her passion working for a foster family agency where she will be celebrating her 13th anniversary with the agency in November. Although she does not work directly with the foster youth, she has developed her professional skills in helping recruit for Clinicians, Social Workers, Family Advocates and Support Service staff. She enjoys conducting virtual interviews and coaching applicants on resume building. She has also had the opportunity to do mock interviews with the foster youth who are just starting to join the work force! While she is not working, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, being out in nature and is so blessed to be surrounded by all of the beauty that Idaho has to offer! Although it was a huge culture shock moving from a large city in Northern California to the small town of Juliaetta, she has fully embraced small town living and can't imagine living anywhere else!
